Roberto F. Soto, MD
Chief Medical Officer and Founder
Dr. Soto completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University where he received a BS in Biology in 1986. He attended Yale University School of Medicine where he graduated in 1990. In 1995 Dr. Soto was one of the first residents to complete a dual residency in Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology in the United States and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and of the American Board of Radiology. He served as chief resident for two years and held a position as clinical instructor for nuclear medicine at the University of Miami.
From 1995 to 1999, Dr. Soto practiced Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in Pennsylvania where he helped develop an MRI center and a Nuclear Medicine department. Prior to joining Precision Imaging, Dr. Soto practiced at Diagnostic Medical Imaging, P.A and Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland where he focused on CT, MRI and PET imaging services. Dr. Soto is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the Academy of Molecular Imaging, the Radiological Society of North America and the American Society of Neuroradiology.
Luis F. Estrada, BS, RT(N), AART
Luis Estrada has twelve years of experience in the Nuclear Medicine field encompassing all aspects of general diagnostic nuclear medicine, therapeutic nuclear medicine, PET and nuclear cardiology. He received an Associate of Arts degree in Nuclear Medicine from Prince George's Community College in 1992, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia Union College in 1999.
He has previously worked as a registered nuclear medicine technologist at Prince George's Hospital, Providence Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Potomac Nuclear Cardiology Clinic and Adventist Nuclear Cardiology Clinic. Mr. Estrada is certified by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists and has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and advanced certifications in multiple nuclear medicine platforms.
Timothy Crenshaw, BS, RT (R)(CT)(MR)
Timothy Crenshaw has 16 years of experience that encompasses all aspects of MRI and CT imaging. He received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Columbia Union College in 2003.
Mr. Crenshaw previously worked as chief MRI technologist at Northern Virginia Doctors MRI. He has also worked at Community Radiology Associates, Inc. and Georgetown University Hospital. Mr. Crenshaw is certified by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists in MRI, CT and X-ray.
Rene Amador, RT(R)(CT)
Rene Amador has 16 years of experience in Radiology, encompassing all aspects of X-Ray, CT and MRI imaging. He received a Radiologic Technology degree in 2000 from Holy Cross Hospital. Mr. Amador previously worked as a CT technologist at Holy Cross Hospital in Maryland, for Community Radiology Associates, Inc., and at Johns Hopkins University Hospital.
