Scheduling

Our scheduling staff is well-versed in all radiological procedures and is ready to assist patients and walk them through the process of making their appointment, verifying insurance coverage and securing any necessary authorizations. In addition, patients are provided with step by step instructions when needed to prepare for their procedures. To expedite the scheduling of your procedure please have following available.

  1. The written prescription from your doctor. You will also need to bring this with you to your appointment.
  2. The doctor's name & address
  3. Your insurance information (if applicable)
