Frequently Asked Questions
-
How can I be sure that Precision Imaging contracts with my insurance provider and that a specific
procedure will be covered by my plan?
Precision Imaging contracts with many insurance carriers. Depending on your employer, some procedures
may not be covered by your health insurance plan. It is important that you contact your insurance
carrier prior to scheduling an appointment, to confirm that the services will be covered.
-
What insurance information should I bring to my appointment?
Patients must present their current health insurance cards at the time of each appointment. This is
vital to ensure proper billing.
-
Will Precision Imaging bill my insurance provider for me?
As a courtesy, Precision Imaging will submit charges to your insurance provider on your behalf.
However, if we are unable to bill your insurance company due to incomplete or incorrect information,
the patient is responsible for payment.
